DTD 1431 MkII GP FOM1400+ Operators Bundle
A dual-tube binocular on the same 1431 MkII platform as our white phosphor build, fitted with green P22 tubes at FOM 1400 and above. This is the classic night vision picture: both eyes on glass, real depth perception, and the deeper traditional green with a longer afterglow that some people read as a calmer image.
It comes as a complete operators bundle: the device, a soft carrying case, our USBP universal battery pack and the A4 lightweight mount in black. The tubes are non-gated with manual gain, so you set the image brightness yourself; what that asks of you around bright light is explained plainly in the FAQ below.
A limited green run at a bundle price: our standard 1431 MkII builds are white phosphor. Bring your helmet to the showroom in Villmergen and we will fit it properly, by appointment.

Delivered outside Switzerland: Swiss VAT is not included in this price. Import VAT and any customs duty are collected by the carrier on delivery, typically 19 to 25 percent of the value. Write to us and we will tell you your exact figure before you order.

Why is this cheaper than the standard 1431 MkII?
The housing and the bundle are not where the saving comes from: the tubes are. Green P22 at FOM 1400+, non-gated with manual gain, costs less to build than the autogated white phosphor rungs in our standard ladder. You give up automatic protection against bright light and the white image; you keep the same housing, the same optics and the same two year warranty, and the bundle adds the battery pack and mount that most owners buy anyway.
What does green P22 look like through the tube?
The deeper, traditional night vision green with a longer afterglow than the lighter P43. Some people read the longer persistence as a smoother, calmer image; fast movement smears slightly more. Our standard builds are white (P45), which renders in greyscale and reads as higher contrast. Neither is better; it is preference, and the tube behind the screen does the actual work.
What does non-gated with manual gain mean in practice?
There is no autogating in these tubes: nothing inside the device steps in when strong light hits the screen, and you set the image brightness yourself with the gain control. Power it on only in darkness, cap the objective when in doubt, and treat street lamps, headlights and daylight with respect. Damage caused by exposing the tube to bright light in breach of the operating instructions is not covered by the warranty.

Can I have this in white phosphor?
Yes, as our standard build: the DTD 1431 MkII is listed in white (P45) across four autogated tube tiers. This green bundle is a limited run; once it is sold out we do not expect to restock it.

Night vision and thermal devices ship to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and EU/Schengen countries only. Deliveries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein require a signed End User Certificate: after payment we send you the certificate, you sign and return it, we complete Swiss export clearance, and your device is dispatched with tracking. If clearance cannot be obtained for your country, the order is refunded in full. Spare parts and accessories are not controlled goods: they ship without a certificate. Collection at the Villmergen showroom, by appointment, is free of charge.
